maybe two verses from this chapter and I

want to show you that repentance is not a

synonym for faith. In other words, some

people will either disregard repentance or

they will change the meaning of it and make

it to be the same thing as faith. They're not

the same. And, again, if you go through this

list I gave you, in Acts 2:38, repentance and

remission of sins and the gift of the Holy

Ghost are all connected together. In Acts

3:19 we're going to read that repentance

and conversion are mentioned together. In

Acts 5 and verse 31, repentance and

forgiveness of sins are connected together

and in Acts 11:18, repentance and eternal

life. Acts 11:18 actually says “repentance

unto life.” And then in Acts 17:30, repentance
