Sadly, that’s usually the time when Christian

young people begin to rebel against the

authority and godly standards of not only

their godly parents but also God Himself,

and they opt to pattern their behavior after

their “cool” — and possibly unsaved —

youth leaders rather than the Lord Jesus

Christ, which can result in a lot of silliness

and spiritually fruitless activities. Even

youth mission trips and camp programs

often turn into nothing more than social

events that produce no outstanding and

noticeably changed lives or lasting and

visible spiritual fruit.

The Great Commission to Christians is to
