Examine Yourselves

A true believer cannot and will not live a

habitually sinful life. Verses 7 and 8 of 1

John 3 warns believers of the deception that

we’re seeing in this apostate age: “Little

children, let no man deceive you: he that

doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he

is righteous. He that committeth sin is of

the devil; for the devil sinneth from the

beginning.”

Second Corinthians 13:5 admonishes

professing Christians to “Examine

yourselves, whether ye be in the faith;
