output is presented to the committee which forwards the same to the Academic Council for
approval and endorsement to the Board of Regents for final approval. The Board of Regents
approved the curriculum based on CMO No. 30, s. of 2004 and CMO No. 52, series of 2007.
A consultation with the stakeholders is done prior to the presentation in the university level
The college/institute’s practices/ standards to attain quality curriculum are:
1. Use the policies and standards for the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship
recommendations, CMO No. 18, s. 2017;
2. Consult the faculty members, students, stakeholders, and experts.
3. Redirect the goals to address national, regional and institutional goals; and
4. Periodic evaluation of the curriculum.
The dean as implementer of the curriculum sees to it that:
1. Each subject has syllabus which is periodically reviewed and updated.
2. Pre-requisites are followed before the students move to higher subjects.
3. Regular observation and supervision of faculty is done; and
4. The policies regarding student preparation and success are implemented.
The program has very committed and dedicated faculty members. They are responsible
in providing quality instruction to their students by providing updated and enriched syllabi using
various methods and techniques of teaching as well as using varied instructional materials.
The administration provides adequate resources and support to attain the goal of the
Institute. It also monitors and supervises the implementation of the curriculum.
The ARA Director, dean of the institute and the faculty work together for the full
implementation of the curriculum. This is done through:
1. Checking of the submitted syllabi.
2. Requisitioning of the instructional materials and equipment.
3. Class observation.
4. Analyzing performance rating of teacher and students.
5. Sharing of good practices among faculty during meetings
