 The law applying to gossip in the framework of the    יאדוב ויבאל ןב ירהש עדתו .ודגנכ דומעישכ ורבח
 “victim”  already  knowing  about  the  gossip  even    ירפסמ  ליעל  ונחכוהדכו  ןמאנ  בהוא  אוה  עבטב
 without the speaker having repeated it to him, and    הריתה  תרתחמ  ןינעל  יכה  וליפאו  ,האר  תשרפ
 how  to  correct  the  sin  of  Rechilut.    There  are  3

 RK4/ .    Gossip  is  forbidden  even  if  the  speaker  is  repeating    ו"ק 'וכו ךנב וא ש"מכו וילע תוסכלו לומחל אלש
 something that is not new, that the victim already knew that Plony    םייסל התצר הרותהש םושמ ץירת ,ויבא לע ןבל
 said  or  did  something  that  affected  him  but  he  (the  victim)  did    תסומה דיב הלחת הוצמש ,הנושארב וב היהת ךדי
 not think much of it at the time, that Plony wronged him, and this
 speaker \ this gossip (1) reminds him again about what had happened.      ןיעדוי ונייה אל הרותה ונל התליגד אל יאו ,וגרהל
 (For  example,  Reuven  lost  a  court  case  and  Shimon  meets  him    חילש השענ ןבה ןיא לכל ש"מכו ארבסה דצמ הז
 and asks – “What was the outcome of your court case?”  Reuven
 answers: “The court found me liable for such-and-such.”  Shimon   .ל"נכו תיסממ ץוח 'וכו
 then tells him: “You know, the court did not judge you fairly!”).
