I created a sales plan, list of potential clients, routes for
canvassing and a comprehensive filing system holding all
records of my endeavours. It all cost money. Not very much,
but I had to fight and justify every paper clip and pencil!

TRUCKS
Another 2 stroke powered Maxiload. Soon to be obsolete.

It did not take long to realise that this was going to be an
uphill battle. The existing range of trucks was well built and
reliable but their choice was rapidly becoming obsolete.

They did produce an amazing two stroke commercial diesel
engine that was both economical and reliable. But its power
range was being left behind by the likes of AEC, Atkinson,
Bedford, ERF, Foden, Leyland, Scammell and even Ford.
