5.2 All Vehicle Controls
You must be familiarised with all the controls of the vehicle to operate it safely:
In cab controls and gauges
Please ensure that you have read
✓ Handbrake and understood the operators
✓ Pedals manual for the plant or
✓ Control Levers equipment you are using
✓ Switches
✓ Information Systems
✓ Safety Systems/ Bleepers
Safety systems must never be short circuited or interfered with as they
are there for everyone’s safety.
Disciplinary action will be taken if safety systems are tampered with.
