Seasoned	Cornflake	Chicken	Fingers	(GF)

	

Ingredients	and	Prep:
3/4	tablespoon	of	seasoned	salt.
1/4	cup	of	all-purpose	flour.
1/3	cup	of	melted	butter.
1	1/4	cups	of	crushed	cornflakes
1	1/2	pounds	of	boneless	skinless	chicken	breast.

	
	

Cooking	Directions:
Cut	the	chicken	into	1-inch	wide	strips.
Mix	flour	and	seasoned	salt	in	a	bowl.
Place	the	butter	and	cornflakes	in	two	separate	bowls.
Coat	the	chicken	with	the	flour	mixture.
Dip	the	flour-coated	chicken	in	the	bowl	of	butter.
Dip	the	chicken	into	the	bowl	of	cornflakes.
Place	the	chicken	on	an	ungreased	baking	sheet.
Bake	at	400	F	for	15	to	20	minutes.
	
	
Serving	Instructions,	Tips	&	Variations:	Serve	this	dish	with	salad	and
rice.
If	desired,	use	Panko	breadcrumbs	for	this	recipe.
