Broccoli	Chicken	Stir	Fry	(GF)

	

Ingredients	and	Prep:
1	tablespoon	of	butter.
1	bunch	of	broccoli.
1	head	of	cauliflower.
1	whole	boneless	skinless	chicken	breast.
1	small	can	of	sliced	water	chestnuts.
Chicken	broth.

	
	

Cooking	Directions:
Cut	the	chicken	breast	into	small	chunks.
Cut	the	broccoli	and	cauliflower	into	small	chunks.
Place	the	butter	in	a	pan	over	medium-high	heat.	Add	the	chicken.
Brown	the	chicken	in	the	butter.
Add	the	broccoli,	cauliflower,	water	chestnuts	and	1/4	cup	of	chicken
broth.
Cover	and	cook	for	approximately	5	to	10	minutes.
Stir	occasionally.
	
Serving	Instructions,	Tips	&	Variations:	Serves	4.
Serve	this	dish	over	rice.
Cook	until	the	vegetables	are	well-cooked	but	slightly	crunchy.
