engagement and productivity. Key Performance Indicators

(KPIs) serve as the bridge between these seemingly

competing objectives, providing a structured approach to
measure, monitor, and improve both employee performance

and organizational outcomes. However, the implementation

of KPIs in manufacturing environments requires careful

consideration to ensure they drive positive results without
creating unintended consequences that may harm employee
