background. If Triastuti et al. (2021) supported students' idea generation


                                 by  providing  them  with  various  learning  materials  during  the  BKOF

                                 stage,  this  study  utilized  technology  incorporated  into  the  flipped

                                 classroom approach by providing content knowledge via an internet link.


                                 The students were instructed to absorb as much content knowledge as


                                 possible  from  the  Internet  links.  Therefore,  the  researcher  created  the

                                 ERVL stage in addition to the GBA-TBI stages BKOF, MDOT, JCOT,

                                 and  ICT.  This  lesson  plan  functions  as  guidelines  to  employ  the


                                 multipurpose assessment in the blended learning of writing instruction.

                                 The components of the lesson plan generally consist of learning objectives


                                 that are tailored to the intended-texts; argumentative texts.

                                           To ensure the quality of the lesson plan, an essential phase was


                                 undertaken  to  establish  the  validity  of  the  material  by  engaging  the

                                 expertise  of  four  relevant  professionals  in  the  English  Education  and

                                 Assessment field. The categories listed on the validation sheet were used


                                 as  the  basis  for  experts'  quantitative  judgments.  The  following  is  a

                                 summary of the results of the expert's review of teaching-learning devices
