CHAPTER ACTIVITY REPORT

CHAPTER: BETA LAMBDA LOCATION: WINSTON-SALEM, NC

Y YOUTH Y. E. S. PROGRAM
XINOS: Number of Members: 12 Number of Sorors: 2
Exemplary Activities: The Xinos, along with Beta Lambda Sorors, Anthropos and Hub Parents,
hosted the 71st Eastern Region Youth Leadership Conference in March in Winston-Salem, NC. One
of the highlights featured a "Campus Crawl", where youth visited WSSU, Wake Forest University,
and the School of the Arts. They recently filled bags for a local Middle School, containing hygiene
items and toiletries such as deodorants, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. This was an effort to combat
"Bullying"!
KUDOS: Number of Members: 6 Number of Sorors: 2
Exemplary Activities: The Kudos, along with Beta Lambda Sorors, Anthropos and Hub Parents,

KAPPA OMICRON TAU (KOT): Number of Members: 0 Number of Sorors: 4
The Youth Advisors had a booth at an Educational Fair held at Winston-Salem State University. in
the Fall. The display featured information and KOT paraphernalia for the College Guidance Group,
handouts and sign-up sheets. We have contact information to follow-up on in February 2020.
HUB PARENTS: Number of Members: 13 Number of Sorors: 2
Exemplary Activities: Our Hub parents had supported our Xinos and Kinos faithfully.
They have raised funds for our youth to attend conferences and served as chaperons. Every activity
that the youth have participated in, the HUB parents have
accompanied them.
