HEALTH, NUTRITION AND HYPERTENSION: Number of Sorors: 35 Description of
the Activity: Delta Nu, in conjunction with the Hackensack Recreation Department,
participated in Sunset Yoga and Sunset Zumba, for fellowship and exercise. Delta Nu
participated in the Autism Walk and supported School #4 in Paterson, NJ's Autism Walk by
purchasing t-shirts. Sorors wore blue for Autism at work. Members of Delta Nu will wore red

on February 7th to promote heart health for women.

SENIOR TEACHERS/SECOND CAREERS/RETIRED SORORS VOLUNTEER
PROGRAM (RSVP): Number of Sorors: 10
Description of the Activity: Delta Nu has several members who are retired or recently retired.
Many spend their time caring for family members and volunteering in the community at schools
and churches. Several Sorors tutor at Community Baptist Church, Englewood, NJ on Tuesdays
and Thursdays. We even have Sorors who are pursuing writing and are in the process of writing
their first novel. Our retired Sorors are keeping their minds and bodies occupied.

ANTHROPOS: Number of Sorors: 35 Others: 19
Description of the Activity: The Anthropos assist Delta Nu chapter in executing events and
working with the Kudos youth group. The Anthropos play an integral part in our annual
fundraiser, Real Guys Cook. Real Guys Cook is a food festival that showcases the culinary
talents of local amateur and professional chefs. This year several of our Anthropos participated.
