E.R.F.R.S- Past Supreme Basileus, Charlotte Williams reported on behalf of the
committee and gave a brief history of the house. Some years ago, the ER voted to
purchase the house after the passing of the founder. Two loans were secured, one
from the bank and one from the Founder’s relative. Both loans were repaid early, due
to the $10 per soror assessment on each chapter. Though the mortgage has been paid,
financial needs for upkeep remain. Reminded and encouraged chapters to continue
with their yearly assessments, organized by Cluster. (Cluster 1- Jun 30, Cluster 2-
Mar 31, Cluster 3- Dec 31, Cluster 4/5- Sept 30) The committee committed to
providing a presentation to show the history and progress of the house. This
presentation will include audio/visual and take-aways. It was reported that a renter
occupies the property, paying $1200 in rent monthly ($1056 goes to ERFRS, $144 to
broker). The house address: 500 4th Ave Cape May, NJ 08204

possible locations for the 2020 retreat (Kalahari, Poconos, Mt. Airy Resort, Poconos,
Crystal Golf Resort, NJ). A survey will be sent via email for Chapters to vote on the
location. Sorors suggested possibly researching a location in Maryland or in
