               Teach-A-Rama- Monica Lewis Had received 16 reports to date. Encouraged
               chapters to submit reports to her by Sunday.
               PD/ Leadership Training- no report given
               Commission on Civil Rights, Education & Legislative Affairs- no report given
               International Project- Vanessa Jenkins - Had received 21 reports to date.
               Encouraged sorors to submit to achieve 100%. Identified the International project
               as The Waiting Room, a project to provide care for pregnant women in Africa.
               National Project-Juanita Randolph- Had received 100% of reports
               Local Project- Patricia Cook- Had received 13 reports before the deadline.
               Regional Journal- chair vacant
               Nutrition, Health & Hypertension- Cheryl Jones – Noted that she would submit the
               reports by Tuesday. Thanked chapters who submitted reports with gifts.
               Children & Adult Benefits- no report given
               Founders’ Day- Susan Richards- Asserted that Founders’ Day activities do not have
               to only occur during May. Any activity done to honor Founders should be reported.
               Offered clarification on the goal of the position, which is to locate the relatives of
               the Founders. Shared that she found a relative of the late Florence Steele Hunt. A
               presentation/report will be given based on the information gathered. Soror Danielle
               Williams, ER History Chair volunteered to assist with this presentation.
               Anthropos- Brenda Marable-Freeman – Requested that chapters nominate an
               Anthropos of the Year. There had not been one for many years.
               Second Careers- Evelyn West- Received reports from Alpha, Zeta, Eta, Theta,
               Alpha Zeta Alpha Chi
               Ed. & Human Rights- Calmetta Brinkley- Received reports from Rho, Eta, Alpha Pi
               and Epsilon Alpha. Encouraged sorors to review the Call to Action. Distributed the
               “50 Ways to Engage Local School” list to give chapters engagement ideas.
               Recommendations- Suzanne Gibbs- Read additional recommendations submitted
