Eastern Region Youth Leadership Conference will be held March 15-17, 2019.

depicting scenes, activities, and the possibilities to be enjoyed during the conference on April 25

Marshal's Report: Soror Farela Howie, Chair, reported that marshals collected an additional
$3.00 in fines, for a total of $8.00.

Conference Observer: Soror C. Delores Scott, Chair, commended and congratulated the
Supreme Basileus, Eastern Regional Director and Beta Zeta Chapter for planning an informative,
productive, fulfilling and enriching Eastern Regional conference. The report was accepted.

Banner Passing: Soror Noreen E. Little, Eastern Regional Director, passed the Eastern Regional
Banner to Alpha Zeta Basileus to be used at the 2019 Eastern Region Conference in Richmond,
VA.
