Ritualistic Opening 7:11 p.m.
Soror Anona Huntley, Eastern Region Member-at-Large, welcomed sorors to the meeting and
introduced the dais. K. Armwood-Bryant, Eastern Region Epistoleus, D. Wilkerson, Eastern
Region Grammateus, N. Little, Eastern Regional Executive Advisor, P.Towe , Parliamentarian, C.
Gibson, Eastern Regional Tamiouchos, C. Holcomb, Eastern Region Tamias, A. Huntley, Eastern
Region Member at Large and Dr. Patsy Squire, Eastern Regional Director. She also recognized the
National Officers, Past National Officers and past Regional Directors.
Opening Thoughts- Past Supreme Basileus, Charlotte M. Williams, delivered powerful and
profound opening thoughts.
Ice Breaker-Soror Alicia Copeland, Gamma Chapter, led the body in an ice-breaker. The theme of
the activity was “The Glow-Up”. Sorors played a game of hot potato with a Glow stick, where the
soror left holding the stick was asked to answer questions about themselves. It was a fun and
engaging activity.
Chapter Roll Call – Donyele Wilkerson, ER Grammateus. 24 chapters were present and 7
chapters were absent.
