THE NATIONAL SORORITY OF PHI DELTA KAPPA, INC. • 80TH ANNUAL EASTERN REGIONAL CONFERENCE

Conference Briefing – Setting the Agenda-Eastern Regional Director,
Dr. Patsy Squire reviewed the agenda with the body. There were no
additions or corrections. Sheila Evan, Gamma chapter moved to accept the
agenda and it was seconded by Diane Hewitt. The motion carried.
Greeting- Eastern Region Executive Advisor, Noreen Little, brought
greetings on behalf of the Eastern Region Executive Body.
Minute- Eastern Region Grammateus, Donyele Wilkerson. Minutes were
distributed to Chapter basilei via email two weeks prior to the meetings.
Changes and additions were requested. The body identified a few minor
changes. There were four chapter names missing from the Perpetual
Scholarship report. The Grammateus will research and correct the minutes.
Correspondence- Eastern Regional Epistelous, Kelli Armwood-Bryant No
written report was prepared. The Epistoleus verbally outlined
correspondence received since January.

------Session II------
Every Member Forum- Protocol- Sorors Donyele Wilkerson, ER Grammateus and Dr. Princess
Towe, ER Parliamentarian conducted a game of Protocol Jeopardy with the body. The body
answered questions in the topics: Basilei Protocol, Chapter Protocol, Rank and Order and
Hospitality. Sorors were encouraged to use the MPP to answer the questions. The questions
produced much discussion and competitive spirit.
