Reasonable Accommodation
To ensure equal employment opportunities to qualified individuals with a disability, nou Systems
will make reasonable accommodations for the known disability of an otherwise qualified
employee or applicant, unless undue hardship on the operation of the business would result.
Employees who may require a reasonable accommodation should contact Human Resources.
The Company will not retaliate against you for requesting a reasonable accommodation and will
not knowingly tolerate or permit retaliation by management, employees or co-workers.
8.6 Anniversary Date
Your anniversary date is established upon your date of hire. Your anniversary date affects
eligibility and extent of participation in some programs or benefits.
On occasion, employees voluntarily leave the Company and later apply to return and are rehired.
In such cases, inquire with Human Resources as to how this has affected your benefits.
8.7 Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision
nou Systems will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or
applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of
another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation
information of other employees or applicants as part of their essential job functions cannot
disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have
access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint
or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an
investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to
furnish information. 41 CFR 60-1.35(c)
