             10. MANAGEMENT OF CONTRACTORS AND VISITORS (OFFICE STAFF ONLY, ONE ANSWER ONLY)

                       If you have organised a site visitor or contractor what must you ensure?

                       Get them to read the “Visitor and Contractors Safety Information Sheet”, sign in and out and
                       issue them with a site pass?

                       Ask them if they have read the “Visitor and Contractors Safety Information Sheet” and get
                       them to sign in and out?

             11. CONTRACTORS UNDERTAKING WORKS (OFFICE STAFF ONLY, ONE ANSWER ONLY)

                       If you have arranged a contractor to do work on the premises what must you do?

                       Ask them how long they will be?

                       Ask them what tools and work equipment they need?

                       Check they have provided their Risk Assessment and Method Statements and that it has been
                       approved before allowing works to continue?

             12.  FIRE PREVENTION

                       Raise the alarm, inform the Fire Warden and General Manager, leave the building immediately,
                       following the directional signage and wait at the Assembly Point until I am instructed to return to
                       work?

                       I need to find my belongings first, I only be about 10 minutes extra?
