Welfare facilities – Toilet/Wash room
• Toilet / wash room facilities must be adequate
for the number of people present on site.
• Facilities should not be used for storing tools,
equipment or materials.
• Male and female designated facilities should
be made available, with working door locks.
6. Welfare and Health
• Facilities must be kept clean and hygienic.
• Where included, showers must be purged
weekly if not in regular use.
• Facilities should be well lit, heated and
ventilated.
• Satellite facilities must be to the same
standard as those in the main compound.
