Shows that the more custom is used, the stronger it

responds to the challenges of the times.
                  5. Customs teach that every individual (community

member) masters a skill (professional in their field),

however, adat does not form alienated humans from the
social world, because on the other hand, adat teaches

life in groups and prioritizes the principles of
                      togetherness.

           B. Suggestion
Reviving the collective leadership system in Minang

customs, so that the idea of the leadership of the furnace tigo

sajarangan is a principle that must be owned by institutions in the
           nagari.

To rebuild the Minang traditional education system, the
current village government system in West Sumatra needs to be

reconstructed by returning to the nagari government system.
Within the nagari system, the realization of three community

institutions in each nagari must be revived and re-enacted. The

           three institutions are as follows:
                  1. The deliberative assembly consists of the tigo

sajarangan furnace, which is a kind of MPR and is the

                      highest institution.
