5. Customs teach that every individual (community
member) masters a skill (professional in their field),
however, adat does not form alienated humans from the
social world, because on the other hand, adat teaches
life in groups and prioritizes the principles of
togetherness.
B. Suggestion
Reviving the collective leadership system in Minang
customs, so that the idea of the leadership of the furnace tigo
sajarangan is a principle that must be owned by institutions in the
nagari.
To rebuild the Minang traditional education system, the
current village government system in West Sumatra needs to be
reconstructed by returning to the nagari government system.
Within the nagari system, the realization of three community
institutions in each nagari must be revived and re-enacted. The
three institutions are as follows:
1. The deliberative assembly consists of the tigo
sajarangan furnace, which is a kind of MPR and is the
highest institution.
