PUTRAJAYA, 22 November 2021 - The
System Requirement Specification (SRS)
workshop was conducted face to face
from 22 November to 3 December 2021
meanwhile the video conference was
conducted from 6 to 10 December 2021 at
Project NIISe Team Office, Level 4 - 6,
Block D7, Complex D, Ministry of Home
Affairs (MOHA), WP Putrajaya.
The two weeks workshop session was
attended by the Business Subject Matter
Expert (SME) Immigration Department of
Malaysia (JIM), Pasukan Petugas Khas
(PPK) Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA),
Independent Project Management (IPM)
Team, Independent Verification and
Validation (IV&V) Team and NIISe
Contractor. Through this session, various
information have been shared to expedite
the development of NIISe.

The main objective of this workshop was to
detail out specifications of functional
requirements (use case), non-functional,
devices and work process flow to develop a
comprehensive System Requirement
Specification (SRS) document for the
development of NIISe.
SRS is a document that describes what the
system will do and how it is expected to
perform. It also describes the required
product functionalities to fulfill stakeholders’
(business and users) needs.
