Abstract

Cases of the civil court are mostly consumer cases or cases in which a

financial institution is the plaintiff whilst the debtor is the defendant. It is known that
in the present, there have been an increase of civil cases which are brought to the

court's attention. The author of this article has served government services at Krabi

Civil Court, which started operating on the first of October 2563, but the number

of cases in which litigants have presented to the court haven't been any less than
other civil courts in the slightest. Therefore, with the increasing abundance of cases,

it is absolutely assured that the amount of cases that the court investigates will be

on a rise In essence, management to decrease said cases before they can be

examined by the court is crucial. Reconciliation of disputes is a method that can be

utilized instead of questioning. In cases where all litigants can come to an agreement
which leads to claims being abolished or resolved and mediation of the dispute, if

the case can be agreed upon, it will often lead to benefits for both parties involved.

The reasoning for this is because none of the parties will lose the case This is

effective in reduction of time and in the lessening of monetary expenses for the

litigants Mediation is thus a vital process in reduction of cases which are to be

management of cases.

บทน า (Introduction)

ประเทศไทย หรือชื่อในอดีตว่า สยาม ซึ่งชาวต่างชาติเคยตั้งสมญานามให้คนไทยว่า
