shall be set off with the amount of the two installments of the Advance Payment of Baht 40,900,000
and the remaining of Baht 821,115.01 shall be paid by Respondent to Claimant.

1.2 The total interest for the late payment of the second and the third installments
of the Advance Payment for the amount of Baht 958,068.49; and
1.3 The compensation for the additional works done by Claimant for the amount

of Baht 29,532,484.82.
Because this amount of compensation for the additional works is fixed by this Arbitral

Tribunal on the day of the making of this award, the Arbitral Tribunal deems appropriate that this
amount shall bear an interest at the rate of 7 . 5 % per annum from the date of this award until it shall

be completely and actually paid by Respondent to Claimant.
