12. Calculation of overtime refers to Government  Regulation no.
                 35/2021.

                                         Article 29
                                   Salary During Sickness

              1.  In the event that an  Employee is  absent due to sickness, which
                 must be supported by a doctor's medical notification, he/she shall
                 be entitled to his/her Salary.
              2.  If an  Employee is sick for a long period of  time, which must be
                 supported by a doctor's medical notification, his/her Salary shall
                 be paid according to the following provision:
                  a.  First 4 months          :  100 %
                  b.  Second 4 months         :  75%
                  c.  Third 4 months          :  50%

              3.  If after 12 months the Employee is still unable to resume his/her
                 work, the Management reserves the right  to terminate his/her
                 employment based  on the prevailing Manpower regulations.
                 During the  period of termination  process, Employee is still
                 entitled to a 25% of his/her monthly Salary.

                                         Article 30
                              Religious Day Bonus and Bonuses

              1. Religious Day Bonus (Tunjangan Hari Raya – Lebaran Bonus)
                Every year the Management provides Religious Holiday Allowance
                (THR) to Employees.
                THR payments are made no later than 14 days before the date of
                Eid Al-Fitr as follows:.
                a.  Employeess who have worked for 12 months or more are
                    entitled to THR of 1 month's wages;
                b.  Employeess who have worked for 1 month or more but less
                    than 12 months are entitled to THR proportionally;
                c.  Employees whose employment relationship ends 30 days
                    before the Idul Fitri due date are entitled to THR
