                  ferent kinds of dishes and food that will be heated according to a particular level. If
                  you will look at level 1 here, you can heat porridges and soups. As you go higher up
                  the scale, you can heat other dishes like mashed potatoes, beef casseroles, etc. the
                  highest level is 5. A list of common dishes can be found under the different levels. This
                  serves as your guide. The timer knob is here. A list of safety precautions is also found
                  at the side of the item. I’m sure that you’ll never be lost in using this very efficient mi-
                  crowave oven.

               2.  Pretend to be a customer service representative. A client is asking about the
                  points below. Provide practical answers.

                 a. Repair centers for a busted microwave
                 b. Warranty use and effectivity

                  Sample answer:
                  I understand that you have a problem with your microwave oven, Sir. You may want to
                  check your warranty certificate for its expiration date. This part is usually seen at the
                  bottom part of the certificate. If the warranty is still valid, then you may avail yourself
                  of the free repair service at any of the repair centers that are listed on the back of the
                  warranty certificate. The addresses of these repair centers are also found on the back
                  of the certificate. Also, in case your warranty has expired, you may still choose to go
                  to the repair centers, but you have to pay for the service. The good thing about going
                  to our acknowledged repair centers is that they have a team of experts who will not
                  cheat on you. They know the product well and you can be assured of quality service.
                  Let me check, Sir, if I can do something to at least give you a discount for repairs in case
                  your warranty has expired.
