The good thing is that they are having

               contingency plan.

JZ: I’ve read the journal this morning. It tackled the cheap and readily available products in the
                  Market.
Robert: It’s quite alarming to know of their presence in the stores we patronize.
Michel: You had better be careful with those processed foods.
Camille: Manufacturers should create products that are not hazardous to health.
JZ: There were reports about the unsafe bacterial level found in a popular brand of dairy prod-
                  ucts.
Camille: Fresh milk products have been pulled out from the shelves in stores.
Michael: Yes, the Bureau of Food and Administration are checking those dairy products, par-
                  ticularly from China.
JZ: Yes, they have found a substance called melamine, mixed with milk and dairy products.
Robert: Wait, I think even meat loaves, which are all China made are being subject to proper
investigation. Frequent meetings from the affected manufacturers are being held.
Michael: Well, in fact, processed foods are not the only items from China being tested.
Camille: Oh, I know that! Are you trying to pertain to inexpensive toys, which contain lead?

               JZ: Nice guess! You’re correct.
Michael: The good thing is that the government and distributors are having a contingency plan.
Robert: Yes, they are working double time on solving the issue.
Jingle: It pays to have good complete facts on issues during meetings so they can arrive at a
                  reasonable solution.

               1. What’s the relevance of gathering important factors before conducting a
                  meeting?

                  Sample answer:
Important factors help the facilitator give information. It helps everyone think of an
accurate solution for the issue. It is not based on gossips or hearsays. If all factors
are precisely studied before conducting a meeting, there is no reason why a meeting
                  would not be successful.
