them to realize how important they are to me. I’ll make sure that I’ll be a good pro-
vider. I don’t want them to continue working hard at their age now.

1. If you were an organizer of the programs for a town feast, how would you
handle the task? Please make your plan visible to us.

Sample answer:
If I were the organizer of all the programs for a certain town fiesta, I’ll make sure that
the performers would do a dry run on their upcoming performance before hitting the
stage to avoid any hassle. I’ll make sure that they would bring out the best in them-
selves to satisfy the viewers. I’ll also make sure that everything is properly arranged to
avoid any inconvenience. I know that the feast comes only once a year so it should be
as perfect as it can be for better viewing.

2. You’re an owner of a small business at a town plaza. You were informed that
the upcoming town feast would affect your business. You were explaining to
the people your perspective.

Sample answer:
There are chances that I would earn a lot from the feast. As the owner, it’s a great op-
portunity to do a test of the water. So that the next time, I would know what’s in and
what’s hot for customers; what’s out and what’s click to the public. It’s better to have
several choices rather than none at all. I should know how to deal with instances such
as that if that finally comes. I guess if that happens, I’ll try to test for a new venture so I
won’t be bankrupt even for a while. It’s good to have strategies most of the time. It’s a
perfect time to practice something in order to add spice on my business. I won’t mind
a day or two; it would just be like my vacation. How does that sound?
