                  A:  I’m afraid I have to make a complaint. I’ve ordered for the silver model of this LCD monitor
                     but they delivered a different color.
                  B:  You should call the store immediately. By the way, is there a difference between the price of
                     the two?

                  A:  Yes. The silver model is more expensive than the black model.
                  B:  I see. Hmmm… do you want me to call on your behalf?

                  A:  Sure. Just look for the receipt on my desk. Thank you.
                  B:  No problem.
