but they delivered a different color.
B: You should call the store immediately. By the way, is there a difference between the price of
the two?
A: Yes. The silver model is more expensive than the black model.
B: I see. Hmmm… do you want me to call on your behalf?
A: Sure. Just look for the receipt on my desk. Thank you.
B: No problem.

Yes. I bought a second-hand monitor and when I tried it at home it wouldn’t turn on. I found out that the power cord was defective.
2. Do you complain when you get lousy service?

Of I course I do. I always expect to get the best service possible. It’s my right as a consumer to complain if I’m dissatisfied with the
service.
3. Are you the type of person who complains about everything?

No. I just complain if it’s necessary. Basically, I am an optimistic person so I always look at the brighter side of things. That’s my secret to having
a good disposition in life.
