1. Using a calculator, key in the first three digits of your phone
number (not the area code)
2. Multiply by 80
3. Add 1
4. Multiply by 250
5. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number
6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again
7. Subtract 250
8. Divide the answer by 2

are inviting your aunt to join the said event so you are explaining to her the details including the date, time,
venue and theme of the party.

c. Venue: Rm. 1702, The Fairmont San Francisco
d. Theme: Month of the Year

to January. I hope to see you there.
2. It is your grandfather’s birthday on Saturday. He will be celebrating his 75th birthday so his children have
decided to throw a party for him. You are speaking with your mother regarding the details of the party. The
details are as follows:
a. Date and Time: 5th of August at 7:00 P.M.
b. Venue: Le Cirque on Madison Ave.
c. Dress code: Formal

and change. Uncle Bob said that I should wear something formal. Did you invite Grandpa’s high school classmates?
