How far along are you with the

report?

A: The strategic planning for next year is scheduled on the 5th of October. I hope to get the
materials by Friday. How far along are you with the report?
B: I’m about 70% done. I’m still waiting for the sales report of Felix.
A: I see. When will he be able to hand it in?

B: He told me the other day that he’d be submitting it tomorrow.
A: That’s good. I’ll be expecting your consolidated report on my desk by Friday afternoon. Is that
clear?
B: Yes, Sir. I guarantee you that it will be in your offi ce by Friday.

A. Great! It’s such a blessing to have an effi cient staff like you. Keep up the good work!

1. Are you a multitasker?

Sample answer:
No. I cannot do multiple tasks simultaneously. But, I try to be as efficient as possible to meet my deadlines..

2. How do you manage your time to meet deadlines?

Sample answer:

I come to work early and leave the office at least thirty minutes later. I also prioritize the tasks that I have to do so that I finish them on time.

3. Rate your efficiency at work from 1-10, 10 being the highest. State the reason for such rating.

Sample answer:
I’d say 9. I gave myself a rating of 9 because there are times that you cannot meet the deadline. There are just too many things to accomplish
in a short period of time.
