We will have a Gourmet Prime Rib 7 course for dinner
Host: Hi Ms. Seo, I’m happy you came. Welcome to my humble abode. Did you get lost?
Visitor: No, Ms.Yee, Hotel Home Paris 16 is so easy to find.
Host: You look a bit tired. Please do come in and relax at the living room.
Visitor: Thank you. Where should I place my coat and shoes?
Host: Oh, I’m so sorry I forgot about that, Miss Jessica. My mind is preoccupied with preparing
our dinner. I will take those for you and secure those here.
Visitor: Can we just call on first basis? Please call me Jes, for short. I would like to assist you
with your cooking. Would that be all right? I think I have arrived too early. I do not want to
stress you.
Host: Oh, don’t bother Jes. You don’t have to worry about a thing. It’s not that early anyway and
besides you’re my visitor. I’m not used to letting my visitors work around the house.
Visitor: Please don’t treat me as a visitor. I did not come here only to eat but to bond with you as
well, so please, let me help you around the kitchen. Any chore will do to make me busy.
Host: I guess you’ll be bored if you’ll wait for me at the living room. If you insist, I can have you
around.
Visitor: What are you serving out for dinner?
Host: Well have a Gourmet Prime Rib 7 Course for dinner. Actually, I am done. I just have to set
the table for you and my family.
Visitor: I find your cooking impressive. Can you teach me how to cook and do the Fine Dining
table setting? I also have not heard of that menu before.
Host: For our appetizer, I made walnut, Arugula and Gorgonzola Crostini. This is an easy, attrac-
tive, tasty, crowd-pleasing Shrimp Cocktail Appetizer. Our second course is our seated-appe-
tizer because we will have baby artichokes with a zesty mustard dipping sauce. Our dinner
will not be complete with out our third course. I have created Arugula salad served with
mushroom stuffed salmon lox balls. The fourth course is our sorbet; I have mixed grapefruit
and mint sorbet. We will be having Prime Rib for our main entrée, which is perfectly roasted
and served with flavorful sauces, oils and vegetables. For dessert, I have prepared Chocolate
Nut Timbale ice cream.
Visitor: Am I overwhelmed! One of the best gourmet dinners, I have ever seen in a house setting.
You are also done with the table setting! I wish you could start teaching me now. I cannot wait
to be just like you.
Host: Thanks for the complement. You had better get ready; dinner will be served in a while. I
will just go upstairs to freshen up. I look like a disaster in my apron.
Visitor: Take your time and look beautiful, Chef Ella. Do not worry, I can take it from here.
