company and the client ensures better customer relations. Hence, it is not proper to have the
client look after you, but rather you should look after them.

A product endorser’s courtesy is the key to succeed in a sales call or proposal. Familiarization
with the brand or item is also a plus factor. A consistent follow up on the client in a pleasant and
convincing way can end up in a successful transaction.
