I called regarding my sales proposal

Secretary: Metropolitan Palace, Office of the President, this is Carol speaking. How may I help
you?
Caller: Yes, good morning, this is Director Angelina Parc from Sony notebooks. Is the President
around? I would like to speak with him.
Secretary: He is in the office right now. Let me check first if he is available. Please wait while I
transfer your call to his direct line.
Caller: Yes, Carol no problem.
Secretary: Mr. President, I hope I am not interrupting something important. Director Parc from
Sony Notebook is on line 2. He wants to speak to you. Should I transfer her to your direct
line?
President: Ok, connect her on the line. I will speak to her.
Secretary: Thank you for waiting, Director Parc, the president would be speaking with you in a
moment.
President: Hello, this is the President speaking, Director Parc. May I help you?
Caller: Certainly, Mr. President. I called regarding my sales proposal. Have you checked my Sony
Notebook samples yet?
President: Yes, in fact I am having a test on it right now. I have talked about your proposal with
our Board of Directors and luckily, they consider your proposal and the gadget useful for the
business. We plan to purchase new equipment from your company to place in our conference
rooms, business centre, ballroom, and banquette hall for better multi-media presentations.
We find the Sony Notebook’s design suitable for business since it is easy to tag along because
of its small size and its luxurious style. It can hasten computer access in all our hotel rooms.
It is a perfect gadget for visitors even those with kids along.
Caller: I am glad to hear that. The Sony VAIO VGN-FW198U/H, strikes a near-perfect balance
of portability, multimedia power and screen real estate. One of the main reasons for this is
