               How’s life living here?

Miss Kathie: Hello Miss Bernadette, please come in. It is so nice for you to drop by. Have a seat.
Miss Bernadette: Oh, I hope I am not bothering you, am I?
Miss Kathie: No, not at all, what brings you here?
Miss Bernadette: I was just passing by since I was driving around here. I thought of saying hi. It has
been quite a while since you have moved out from our rented house in Carnegie Bayside, Melbourne.
How is life living here? Where do you work?
Miss Kathie: Yeah, it has been a month now and I am now working at Russh, Australia’s Best Fashion
Magazine. How about you, do you still live there? Do you have a new housemate?
Miss Bernadette: Yes, her name is Miss Eroze Moore. She works in Melbourne hospital as a staff nurse.
She is nice and smart but not as nice and smart as you are. I wish you would not have to leave our
house and choose to live in an elegant residential suite like this. I think it is too expensive, friend.
Miss Kathie: That is so thoughtful of you. We have lived there together for 6 years and all the memories
will always stay inside my heart and mind. However, you see; we are not getting any younger. I want to
buy my own residential suite like this which I can really call mine. It is smarter to invest my money in
my own house. Although it is a bit lavish, I am prouder. Try moving here, Bernadette. I know you can
afford the amortization. That way, we can still see each other everyday.
Miss Bernadette: You got some point there, but you have to convince me more. May I see the full view
of your suite and the features or amenities of this residential hotel?
Miss Kathie: Okay, come along with me. I will tour you around. This is a luxurious, international stan-
dard, 4 1/2 star hotel located in the heart of Melbourne’s Central Business District and main city shop-
ping precinct. There are so many things that I truly love here like their 24 Hour reception that ensures
our security. It has dedicated concierge and staffs, which is paramount; my suite room, which is a
50m2 Studio Suite that is lavishly perfect for me. Well, I have 2 bedrooms here, a gourmet kitchenette
facility, separate lounge with Plasma TV and dining area with lavish marble and granite en suites, a SPA
bathroom with Cable TV and a terrace. We got washing machines, luxury spa, swimming pool, valet
parking and health and fitness club in this building too. Name it; we have it here. A complete, sumptu-
ous living is affordable on my budget!
Miss Bernadette: Oh, I just have to think about it first. It seems good to live here.
Miss Kathie: I will pray for good results. I know you could live here. The monthly amortization is a bit
lavish but it is reasonable for its cost. Think about it. It is three times better than renting a house.
Miss Bernadette: Thanks for the idea, my friend. I have enjoyed my tour in your new posh residential
suite, the Pacific International Suites here in Melbourne I definitely will buy a suite too. Is that room
                  beside yours available?

               1. Do you think it is important to be hospitable?
