knock everyone’s heart out.

2. Can you describe your dream house?
Sample answer:
My dream house is an old European style house, with 5-luxury bedroom units that has sce-
nic bay views and a lush gorgeous garden. We will have a direct access to the beach, about
forty steps from the unit, where my family can enjoy the refreshing morning swim with no
busy roads to cross. It is like a get away from the city, and I do not have to drive for hours but
rather take a 10-minute walk to the seaside village to find the supermarkets, restaurants, bars,
schools, hospitals, churches, shopping mall, movie houses and train stations.

3. Can you name some of your favorite famous foreign ancestral houses?
Sample answer:
The 18th century Palladian Mansion of the Spencer family, which is the ancestral home of Di-
ana, Princess of Wales in London, is one of my favorite ancestral houses. Other famous royal
houses include Gyeongju Kim’s 19th century ancestral house in Yeongcheon, Korea, the 1885
Admiralty House in Sydney Australia, and century old Spanish ancestral houses in the Philip-
pines.

1. From New Zealand, your company sent you to work and live in Milan, Italy.
Indeed, a very exciting but difficult experience for you since living there is
different from the life you used to have in your country.

2. You are a Brazilian who migrated to Belgium. You have been living in Parc de
Woluwe at Brussels for 5 years, and it is the first time for your mother to visit
