2. What are the things that you bring along with your trip?
Sample answer:
I bring along with me the usual stuffs like personal things for health and grooming, business
attires, casual attires, set of lingerie, casual and formal pairs of shoes, medicine, laptop and LCD
projector, clutch bag with my important documents, proposals and CD. I never forget to bring
along my prayer books with me. I believe that the Lord will always guide and protect me dur-
ing my trips.
3. Do you mind sharing a room with a colleague?
Sample answer:
It is all right sharing a room if room rental rates would be too costly. However, everybody can
relax and feel more comfortable if he or she does not have to share a room. Privacy, indulgence
and serenity really matters to me. I can work and think better, organize proposals, thoughts
and plans for our business trip if I am alone. It is not that I do not want to share my trip with
somebody else, but sometimes I need to be alone too.
1. As Vice-President for Internal Affairs, you are having a business trip to Eu-
rope along with Vice-President for External Affairs, Mr. Hook. Both of you are
delegates representing the telecommunications Corporate Group of Com-
panies. You will have to attend a Convention about “The State of Europe In-
novation”
Sample answer:
Mr. Hook, both of us look exhausted from the trip. I think this is the best time to have a Swedish
massage since my body really hurts from stress and hard work. I love the hotel accommoda-
tion here at Hotel Kamp. I never thought that Finland has a very luxurious five-star hotel like
this. Everything is of classical taste. I have seen the Banquet Room where our Convention is
booked and it is really lavishing. I cannot wait to have our presentation in front of the Finns.
This historical building in Helsinki makes my imagination run wild, building new set of ideas in
my mind. By the way, I thought of shopping at Kamp Galleria tomorrow before going back to
Korea. Would you like to come along?
2. Director Levi together with Director White is leaving from Amsterdam
(Schiphol) to Frankfurt on August 24 via KLM Royal Dutch Airlines on a world
business section. They are bound to propose a deal with their foreign inves-
tors in Europe.
Sample answer:
Hi, Director White, are you done with your baggage? I am done with mine. I guess we are all set
for Frankfurt. Our departure time from Amsterdam is at 8:45 Sunday and we will arrive at Frank-
furt approximately around 10:05. Therefore, our total journey time is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Our flight number is KL1765 under KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. We are going to seat at the world
business section. I wish I can seat near the window so I can see us lift. Gee, I wish we could still
have time to shop before our departure on September 31 from Frankfurt. Our departure time
then is 18:00. It is enough time for meeting our investors, doing business and shopping. We will
arrive at Amsterdam around 19:15 via KL1772.
