Bank Personnel: Good afternoon, Madam. Welcome to Commonwealth Bank.
Miss Kelly: Good morning too. Can you help me open an account?
Bank Personnel: May I ask what kind of account do you want to have, Ma’am?
Miss Kelly: I’m planning to open a Savings Account and I want to know what the requirements
are for Net Bank Saver account.
Bank Personnel: Oh, you need 2 sets of valid Australian ID’s and house bills as proof of your
permanent residency.
Miss Kelly: Alright, Ma’am, here are the requirements that you asked me. Should I fill out this
form now?
Bank Personnel: Yes, Madam, so we could file your account right away.
Miss Kelly: Okay, I get that. Here’s the form and AUD$10,000 for my initial deposit. Thanks!
Bank Personnel: Okay, please sign here and I’ll give you a copy of our Terms of Agreement.
Miss Kelly: That would be nice. Thanks again! I feel so happy to be a part of the Commonwealth
bank family.
