Does my mail belong to Zone 2?

Post Master: Good morning! May I help you?
Mailer: Good morning too, Sir! I was wondering how much it would cost me if I send these documents
                  via Express Mail.
Post Master: Oh, where are you sending them? I see it’s a domestic mail but I still have to weigh your
mail. The rate of your charge will depend on its weight and distance or zone.
Mailer: How much is the starting rate per pound, Sir? Does my mail belong to Zone 2?
Post Master: Yes, your mail’s destination belongs to Zone 2 and the weight of your card is 0.4 lbs. The

Mailer: Here’s $13, Sir. How about the average delivery time? When will my boss receive these docu-
ments? It’s very important that he receives these on time.
Post Master: If your boss needs it tomorrow, don’t fret since she’ll get this mail in time. It will arrive in
its destination approximately tomorrow. Express Mails of most locations are delivered over-night.
Mailer: That’s great news! I thought I’ll miss my deadline. May I ask you about the other mailing services
that you have here? I want to know that, so the next time I’ll send something via Post Office, I know
                  what’s best for my mail.
Post Master: Since you insist, I’ll let you know, for Domestic Priority Mail, the average delivery time is

I guess the rate for international mails are far different from our domestic rate?
Post Master: That’s true. Next time you drop by; I’ll let you know about its rate.
Mailer: I’ll count on that, Mr. Post Master. I have to go now. I still have a class to attend. Goodbye!

                  Sample answer:
For your collection, the first thing that you should do is to choose an area or topic. A general
collection is a good idea until small areas are discovered so you can put your interest more.
