2. You are addressing a group of people assigned to handle complaints from
customers. Give tips on how to deal with complaints. You may add to the
list.
a. Practice patience
b. Listen
c. Assure
d. Take action
Sample answer:
You will be handling complaints for this office. It’s not the easiest of jobs, but there are ways to
be efficient and stress-free as you do your job. I hope that you can apply some of these tips at
work. First, you have to practice patience. Use every ounce of patience that you have in your
body. Then, you have to listen and identify what the complaint is. You then have to assure
the client that you will do everything to solve the problem. Of course, you have to report the
compliant to the concerned agency. I believe that if you will do your job well and if we will
learn from the complaints of our clients, then there will be a time when we won’t receive any
complaint at all. Let that be your target for your work. Good luck to you!
