Park: Fine, so far so good! Thank you very much for your deep concern.

Come: How was your flight? It’s been quite a while, hasn’t it? Please would you like to have a seat?
I would say you’re looking good. Times are good, I guess.

Park: Thank you. The flight was fine. I had no idea Houston is such a beautiful city. This is my first
time here. I’m so lucky to be in this beautiful place.

Come: Yes, it’s been about two years since we moved the headquarters here, and I would say I
enjoy it here so much. At first, I didn’t like the heat much, but now I don’t mind it. I find this
a very warm and energetic place. You should understand that Koreans are very energetic and
enthusiastic, and I wish I knew their secret for success.

Korean businessmen are very hardworking and serious. They also have high standards when it
comes to business.

Koreans are proud of values such as honest and hard work. These two values are important in
making it big in any business.

Koreans will venture into anything. They have a wide array of interests when it comes to busi-
ness. Recently though, they have converged in the electronics and high tech business fields.
