to act on them very soon, because I believe that they are drastically affecting our sales. Clients
often complain about the unavailability of our bestselling products in their areas. I want our
agents to check these areas and make sure that our supplies get there real soon. We also have
complaints about late deliveries in some areas. Again, agents have to check on this and identify
the reasons for the delay. We have to prevent these delays as much as we can. Please update
me about the progress of these concerns. Thanks!
2. You have been getting complaints from an important client whom you as-
sured about getting personal attention from the company. Assign a staff
member to monitor the company’s action regarding the complaint. Give the
following orders:

c. Make a final report including resolution and client feedback

Mr. Sang, our most valuable client, has recently complained about the late deliveries of his or-

want a periodic update about it. You can call me up anytime as long as it’s about this matter.
Lastly, you have to make a final report about the resolution of this case. Am I clear? I hope that
