Sample answer:
This project was conceptualized two months ago by the creative team. The idea was also
strongly supported by feasibility reports conducted by the marketing team. It has been offered
to our company’s many business partners; however, only Universal accepted and studied the
proposal because other companies found it too ambitious. The finance group has estimated a
modest profit of 40% on the initial term. This profit is predicted to steadily increase if the mar-
keting strategy proposed will be implemented. All the supporting documents relating to the
findings are attached to the report for your perusal. We need a decision on this soon especially
because Universal is starting to get impatient. I hope the data I presented will help you in mak-
ing a decision. Thank you for your time.

2. As the director of the company, you are tasked to make decisions. You have
decided to give the go signal for a partnership with a major company. Justify
your decision by relating the following points about the project.

a. Good reputation of the partner company
b. Good reports about the possible success of the project

Sample answer:
I am glad to announce that we are finally starting with our project with Arko, Inc. We are
truly fortunate to be finally working with ARko, Inc. It is considered as a pioneer in com-
puter systems. It also enjoys being in the lead in the market today. We will truly benefit and
learn a lot from Arko. I hope that we all take advantage of this opportunity. We should also do
our best to work well because we know that Arko depends on our manpower well enough to
do business with us. We should not let them down. Only good things can be said about this
project. All studies that we commissioned to study its potential present favorable results. We
can’t wait to start the project.
