                   The two above examples are great but there are still many questions
                   unanswered about bleach.  For example, why is it I have bleached a
                   client’s hair in the morning for a photo shoot in the afternoon, and when
                   the pictures come back, they appear to have black roots about one centre
                   metre long, the same thing has happened when I have done a client who
                   is appearing on television later that day?

                   You may think this is because of Keratinisation but you would be wrong,
                   it is about absorption and reflection of white light.  There are so many
                   hairs to a square inch that it is impossible for the light to penetrate right to
                   the roots, thereby leaving them in shadow which can only be recognised
                   by the Retina rod cells.
