Having carried out any of the above bleaching techniques it is really
                   important to keep a record of what was done, at what time, the condition
                   of the hair before you began etc.  This record should be as comprehensive
                   as possible, suggested record tools will be laid out in (chapter 8) for all
                   client services.

                   Summary:
                   Bleach removes natural pigments from the hair; the colour range achieved
                   by bleaching alone is between reddish blonde and white blonde or natural
                   base shades 6 through to 10. Bleach is used to achieve individual streaks
                   or highlights.  Bleach is also used to pre-lighten base shades to achieve
                   lighter hair dye target colours.
