                TRAINING REGIMENS





                Anytime you embark on a fitness journey with a new
                training regimen, it’s very important to start with a gradual
                approach to ensure longevity and realize long-term success.

                Whether you are a beginner or are an experienced fitness
                enthusiast looking to add something different to your
                workout, be patient and consistent to allow yourself time to
                gradually increase and maintain performance. This chapter
                includes a sample weekly training regimen for beginner,

                intermediate, and experienced fitness enthusiasts to help
                you shape out your training week. For freestyle
                shadowboxing and freestyle heavy bag rounds, you can

                choose from the combinations listed in Chapter 7 or create
                your own.
