COMBINATION 50




                Jab, cross, hook, pivot

                Turn your wrist on the jab and the cross to connect your
                knuckles to the target. After throwing the lead hook, lower
                your level slightly by bending your knees. Then push off the
                rear foot and pivot on the ball of your lead foot 90 degrees.



                COMBINATION 51




                Alternating body shots, cross, hook

                Lower your level slightly as you advance, closing distance to
                the target. Lower your rear forearm so that the inner angle
                of your elbow is 90 degrees. Drive your rear hand forward,
                thrusting the punch to the center line of the target; the

                inner angle of your elbow should slightly increase as the
                punch travels forward. Retract and then repeat using your
                lead hand for the second body shot. Rotate around the
                waist, shift your rear shoulder forward, pivot on the ball of

                the rear foot, and extend your rear arm to throw the cross.
                Lift and lock your lead elbow at 90 degrees and rotate
                around the waist to throw the lead hook.



                COMBINATION 52




                Jab, slip, uppercut, hook, cross

                Retract the jab and slip adjacent to your rear hand, taking
                your head off the center line. Throw the rear uppercut
                followed by the lead hook and cross.
