Your weight is equally centered over both feet: In this
                instance, you are in a balanced and ideal position to deliver

                the full power of your punch to the desired target.
                Transferring the generated force of your punch so that the
                target absorbs the maximum impact is achieved through
                extension of the elbow, rotation around the wrist and waist,
                and pivoting of the rear foot. No energy is wasted in this

                scenario, as every movement has a direct purpose relevant
                to delivering an effective punch. No incremental work must
                be done to regain balance and stabilize the body; therefore,

                every movement is precisely calculated to achieve the
                highest level of efficiency when throwing the punch.
