WEAVE SIDE TO SIDE


























































                1. Keeping your hands by your chin for protection, lower
                your level as you rotate around the waist to the side

                adjacent to your rear foot.

                2. Your head position should be away from the center line as
                you return to normal level.

                3. Weave to the other side by lowering your level and
                rotating at the waist to the side adjacent to your lead foot.
